2027 Registration Due Dates

 

The due date for the Early Bird Registration for all solo and non school based ensembles entries is Monday December 21st and Monday January 11th for Regular Priced Entries 

The due date for all school based ensembles for the Early Bird Registration is Monday January 11th and Friday January 29th for Regular Priced Entries.

Submissions following these dates will be accepted with scaling late fees.

Please apply early to ensure that any enquiries, technical concerns, etc., can be addressed without risk of missing the due date – especially if you are new to navigating the online registration system.

Other Due Dates

The due date for applications for senior scholarships is Saturday February 13th, 2027.

The due date for submission of supplemental materials – such as scores and recordings for composition classes – is Friday March 12th, 2027. If any classes in the Festival allow submission of video performances, this is also the due date for their submission.

 

Special Approvals

To request some sort of accommodation not covered in the Festival Rules and Regulations or in the rules for each discipline, please contact the Festival on or before the following dates:

Friday January 29th, 2027 for registration-related accommodations.

Friday February 27th, 2027 for any other accommodations.

For any urgent or emergent circumstance, please contact the Festival at any time.

Note that contacting the Festival before the due date does not guarantee that the Festival will be able to offer the requested accommodation – only that the Festival will be in a position to consider it.

 

Making Changes to your Registration

Contact the Festival if you need to make any changes to your registration.

We ask that changes be made no later than 28 February of the same year as the Festival. Changes made on or after 1 March will result in competitive performances being disqualified.

For the purpose of the Festival, “changes” includes registration details that weren’t provided on the day of your registration, such as leaving repertoire to be determined and submitting it on or after March 1st.
